Ed and Linh explore strategies that are there to help to forgive someone and how forgiveness can sometimes seem difficult and yet still as easy as just making a decision to let it go and not hold a grudge. Does forgiving someone who constantly transgresses against you, mean that you should allow the same transgressions to be done to you over and over again as a sign of forgiveness to the transgressor? These and other questions related to forgiveness are at the focus this time.
